What methods of payment can I use?
We accept credit and cash payments for our vehicle hire.
Do you hold a security deposit to hire the vehicle?
We hold payment of 1-day rental before collection of the vehicle the remaining amount is to be paid on collection of your vehicle and any additional charges will be taken after inspection upon return of the vehicle.
What documents do I need when collecting my vehicle?
A current driver’s licence and credit or card are all you need. If you're presenting a non-Australian licence you'll need to provide a second form of ID for example passport.
What age do I need to be to rent a vehicle?
Drivers need to be a minimum age of 25 years old and hold a full, unrestricted driver’s licence to hire a vehicle for more than 24 months.
What's your refund policy?
Please choose your hire period carefully as no refunds are given and the security deposit of 1-day rental will still be charged.

Where is the pickup/drop-off point?
All our rental vehicles are located at our Winnellie office less than 2.5 kilometres from Darwin International Airport.

Do I pay for fuel?
You need to pay for any fuel that you use. We supply a full tank and expect that you’ll return the vehicle with a full tank. If you don’t, we charge $5.00 a litre for fuel.
Do you hire baby and booster seats?
We have baby and booster seats that are included in the price if available at the time of booking. The baby seat will need to be fitted by yourself, it is the responsibility of the Hirer/ Authorised Driver to make sure it is fitted correctly.
What times are you open?
Monday - Friday 07:30 am - 04:00 pm
Saturday 07:30 am - 12:00 pm
Any hours outside of these can be negotiated and a fee may apply.
Can I collect and return my vehicle after hours?
If you require assistance anytime outside these hours, just drop us an email or give us a call, we can help to ensure you hit the road quicker no matter the circumstance. Any hours outside of these can be negotiated and a fee may apply.
What do I do in an event or accident or collision?
If you require emergency assistance, please dial 000. If you find yourself in a difficult situation, give us a call at +61 8 8941 1199 and we’ll advise you on what to do next.
What happens if the rental is stolen?
If this happens, we ask that you call the police and report it to our office immediately.
Will I be charged for kilometres driven?
Once you have collected the wheels of your choice, the road is yours and with unlimited kilometres, you can achieve a lot!
Do I pay a late fee for a later return?
We understand circumstances can change please let us know as soon as possible that you're going to be returning late, and we can assist from there.
What are your rental boundaries? How far can I travel?
We allow unlimited kilometres on our vehicle hire so you can travel all around the Northern Territory, as long as you're within the Area of Use and not breaching the NT 4X4 Hire Rental Agreement.
Are your rental cars new?
Indeed, all our vehicles are the latest models and kept in top condition.
Do you have automatic or manual cars for hire?
Both our Ford Rangers and Toyota Prados are automatic and 4WD. Ford Rangers are equipped with tow bars, Toyota Prados are not. You can find more about vehicles here
